£25 million raise to acquire lucrative commercial office properties at a reduced price. Then to redesign and refurbish these assets to predominantly meet the demands of SMEs (Small Medium Enterprises).

What is the exit strategy?

Once the sites have been purchased and renovated, they will be sold or refinanced to pay investors back their capital.

At the end of term, the capital invested and any interest earned will be automatically paid back to the investor within seven working days.
